7-Inch Touchscreen

The BV9995B features a brilliant 7-inch touchscreen with a 1440 x 234 pixel resolution, perfect for quickly accessing features and for watching video. Vertical angle adjustment allows you to get just the right viewing angle, and Boss' touchscreen interface lets you easily navigate unit features.

I got what I excpected from this radio system. I saw some reviews that says this radio is bad potential system. But I think is just luck that yours got broken. Mine is working perfectly the bluetooth, the Dvd, the Usb, the Lcd. For me its a good selection to consider if your want to buy one radio of this kind.
